Diana is a self-confessed history nut, her favorite eras being Medieval and Renaissance England, and all American history. She has written several novels set in England and the U.S., two time travel romances, a chick lit vampire romance, and a fantasy romance which received a Top Pick award from Romantic Times. She just completed biographical novels about Alexander Hamilton and Aaron Burr. She is a member of Romance Writers of America and the Richard III Society. She lives in New Hampshire with her husband, and they own an engineering business, CostPro, based in Cambridge. She also has a condo on Cape Cod, and on many weekend nights you can find her and her husband dancing at the Irish Village in Yarmouth. In her spare time, Diana bicycles, golfs, plays her piano and devours books of any genre. Bio

I was born and raised in Southern California, attending a private, Catholic school from first through eighth grade. Never once did I think of myself as elite or different. That was school, a place I went Monday through Friday for hours when I could have been doing what any normal child does, climbing trees, figuring out ways to drive my parents nuts, or riding my bike, without safety gear since we didn’t even know what that was in the 1960s. We made hopscotch’s on the sidewalk with chalk and played for hours. Riding a bike up and down a sidewalk was often accompanied by jump ramps where we attempted to fly beyond gravity to reach the moon, like the astronauts we so admired. Skateboards whizzing past were not unheard of, again without safety equipment. Sure, we skinned knees and elbows and bumped heads but we were up and running within the few minutes it took our mothers to clean up the mess and advise us to ‘be more careful next time’.

After my son saw the news, showing your picture (California Supreme Court Chief Justices Tani Cantil-Sakauye )and saying that $30 million is missing, he said, “Mom, you do not want to go there. You are telling one fox that another fox raided the hen house. What are you thinking?” I told him, “I agree with you, but they are still researching there. Would you like to send them a message?
